Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all service fees paid to Golden Peach Limited are non-refundable once services have commenced.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Work already performed

• Time spent on campaign setup

• Strategy development

• Creative production

• Account optimization

Advertising budgets paid directly to third-party platforms such as Facebook, TikTok or Google are non-refundable and are governed by the respective platform’s policies.

Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice in accordance with their service agreement.
